Jeff is a Wealth Manager in the Hampton Roads practice of

Cherry, Bekaert, & Holland, L.L.P. He has over a decade of experience providing banking, insurance, investment, retirement planning, and estate consulting services. His clients include health care professionals, closely-held business owners, and high networth clients.

Jeff and his team specialize in retirement income strategies, fee– based financial planning, risk management (life, disability, and long-term care insurance), charitable trusts, and estate strategies. Jeff assists his clients in preparing for complex estate strategy scenarios and implementing sophisticated estate preservation and wealth distribution plans.

Prior to joining CB&H Wealth Management, Jeff was the Regional Director of Strategic Planning at Level Four Advisory Services and a financial advisor at H&R Block for the past 11 years. He has successfully completed the FINRA series 4, 7, 52, 63, and 65 examinations and is a Registered Representative of Cambridge Investment Research. In addition, he is licensed for Life and Health Insurance and Variable Contracts in the states of Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Florida.

Jeff is a proud recipient of a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1994 and is currently enrolled in a Certified Financial Planners™ program at The American College. He also serves as President of the Board of the Larkspur/Salem Recreation Association. Jeff has lived in Virginia Beach since 1997 with his wife and their three children. He is a member of the Tidewater Hokie Club and an avid Virginia Tech football fan.
