Pat is a Senior Consultant with CB&H Wealth Management Services based in the Firm’s Atlanta office. His primary focus is helping clients make better financial decisions that not only protect and enhance their most valued assets but also lead to more enjoyment and satisfaction along the way. Pat advises wealthy individuals and private small to mid-size businesses on implementing the best available strategies to achieve their unique goals.
Pat has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked for Synovus Securities, First Union Securities and First Union Bank. Immediately prior to joining CB&H, Pat served in a dual role as executive director of the Dewberry Foundation and senior vice president for business relations with DCH, LLC, the private equity arm of Dewberry Capital in Atlanta. There he directed the fundraising, special projects and grant making initiatives for the foundation while cultivating relationships to identify potential equity investment opportunities for DCH.
Pat joined Synovus in 2001 as part of the team serving individuals and families in the Atlanta market with over $2 million net worth. Prior to that, he was a vice president and investment consultant with First Union Securities where he managed over $100 million in client assets and was recognized by several asset management companies for distinction in new business development. Pat transitioned to the securities and investment advisory business from the bank side of First Union, where he began his career as a commercial lender and later helped open the first Private Banking office in Augusta.
Pat received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and his Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University. He is active in the local community, and currently serves as a board member for the First Tee of Atlanta, a guest lecturer for the Georgia Center for Non-Profits, a member of the Goizueta Alumni Association, and a parishioner at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church.
